It seems like wildfire season has started, not my favorite time of the year. The local wildfire is 30% contained, down to 3000 acres and we had some rain. In front of our house is a pond and the firefighters used a helicopter to lift water out of it to quench the fire, pretty awesome to watch! I’m hopeful that we are turned a corner with this fire and the "season" will be a short one.

I think that I have some wildfire creeping into my little acrylic abstracts. This one found some reds and smoke making an appearance
